Jennifer Norris Soto is a skilled attorney, representing the people and businesses of Shreveport-Bossier since 2009. She has handled a wide variety of bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, as well as small business Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Jennifer has represented larger regional creditors, assisting in collections, wage garnishments, and asset recovery. She also has experience in personal injury, general estate planning, and adoptions. Jennifer is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State courts, all Mississippi State courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
